Top Security Threats
This course aimed to familiarize developers with the most prominent security threats encountered in the past year. These top threats were identified based on the external vulnerabilities that were most often reported to Dell's Product & Application Security team.

Included in every case study in the course, were engaging case studies that helped learners see real world consequences and results of applying mitigation techniques.
Cohesive and Accessible Branding
Interactive activities such as scavengers hunts were included to help engage learners and retain information.
Videos included real life company incidents and what was done to address them.
Engaging graphics and video helped bring the content to life.
Interactive scenario of Renita, a product team manager, included application of mitigation and verification strategies learned throughout the course.
Current CSAT survey results indicate a score of 4.2/5 satisfaction with the course and over 4,000 responses.
Accessible Keyboard Navigation Instructions and other elements to improve the user experience are included throughout.
Custom Badging
In an effort to increase engagement and completion rates, I designed custom badges that users could share on social media and in email signatures.
Verified Designer Series
This was a ground up rebuild of an existing program for designers across the Salesforce organization. With the help of two SMEs, I developed a "Choose your own adventure" style curriculum in Articulate Rise that allowed for learners to decide what content gaps they needed to fill and how best to digest it. This module included multimedia elements, several sandbox simulations built in Storyline, and a knowledge base.

Commerce Cloud Certification
This was a certification developed for AEs and SEs to articulate the value of Commerce Cloud to customers and recommend solutions. This certification was developed with the help of many SMEs and assigned to executives at company kick-off.

Mastering Interviews
This module was part of a larger series on stakeholder management for designers. It included an interactive branching scenario on how to respond to stakeholder concerns.

Targeted Instruction Module
This is an example of e-learning module created on Dominknow for a client using a variety of triggers and interactive activities. The module was created with input from 3 subject matter experts and intended to provide in depth guidance to teachers on deeper learning opportunities for their students. Close attention was paid to accessibility and universal design.
